Judy M. Finch
QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and Partner
Judy joined Hall, Davidson & Associates in 1993 as a staff accountant and computer technician (in-house IT). When QuickBooks came out, she took an interest in this emerging software and has been our QuickBooks specialist ever since, becoming a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor in 1999 and maintaining the annual certification from that year on. In addition, she's certified in Desktop and QuickBooks Online, and works with payroll in both systems. Day to day QuickBooks troubleshooting is a big part of her time - by phone, remote, or in office - whatever the situation calls for. Assisting clients with QuickBooks setup and training is also an important part of her role. Judy feels our goal is to serve our clients' needs for support no matter what their level of accounting knowledge, the size of their business, or the type of industry they're in. She became a partner in 2014.
Bringing over 25 years of bookkeeping and general accounting experience to the table, the firm is happy to have her assisting our clients with sales tax filings, payroll tax reports, monthly and annual bookkeeping, financial statement composition and income tax return preparation.
Judy grew up in Donelson, Tennessee, attended college out of state, and in 1972 received an Associates Degree in Religious Education from Grace Bible College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has since completed various coursework programs in accounting and computer software. Judy has been married to husband Eddy since 1974 and loves serving in children's ministry at her church.
