Murfreesboro Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
The firm of Hall, Davidson & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, Professional Corporation had its beginning in 1954, when Ralph M. Davidson and Kenneth C. Knight, both now deceased, formed a partnership known as Knight and Davidson, CPA’s, with offices in Springfield and Woodbury, Tennessee. An office was opened in Murfreesboro in 1957, when David B. Hall joined the firm. David assumed the duties of managing partner in 1960, and the firm was subsequently incorporated and its name changed to Hall, Davidson & Associates, CPA’s, P.C. The firm has since concentrated on serving businesses and individuals in Rutherford, Cannon, and other nearby counties.
Its offices were moved in 1968 from the original location in the old Murfreesboro Bank & Trust Building on the Murfreesboro Public Square into its present location in the Executive Building, conveniently located at 307 North Walnut Street in Murfreesboro, across the street from the Rutherford County Office Building. Murfreesboro has grown from a country town of 12,000 in 1957 to the present bustling city of over 100,000 during the firm’s years of service to this community, and we are proud to be a part of this progress.
The shareholders and officers of the firm are David B. Hall, CPA, Sandra J. Vinson, CPA, Stephen L. Fuchcar, CPA, and Mary Ann Underwood, CPA.
